Staff Support Committee

The purpose of the Staff Support Committee is to develop open communication about expectations, attitudes, and concerns within the congregation and staff. Called by Jesus to "love one another," and guided by Matthew 18:15-20, the Staff Support Committee, provides a loving, confidential process for resolving conflicts that may arise within a community of believers, whether those involved are paid staff or lay members of the congregation. This committee also conducts the annual staff evaluations to care for the needs of the employees of St. John's.

The committee was instrumental in creating the Conflict Resolution Policy and encourages all members and friends of St. John's to become familiar with it, and to use it as a guide for issues as they arise.
